Courage comes in different forms in life. Often many think of courage as a firework moment, a magical time when you have made a leap from a place of fear to a place of accomplishment. But many times

courage doesn’t always look like this. Sometimes it might look like a long journey and from the inside it can feel frightening and unpredictable. And that’s ok. That something magical and great inside us is a sign that we know that there is a passion inside. Being courageous doesn't essentially mean being fearless, but it means facing your fears, no matter what your journey looks like. What matters is that you have taken a step to help you through the fear, self-doubt and do the things that may feel hard or even risky. Taking that risk is the first step. Being strong and courageous is being willing to stand up for what you believe in and standing up for yourself. We have to remember that this can take time too, but when our actions are motivated by courage, the differences those actions make will always be there, quietly taking shape inside us. One of the loveliest ways of having courage is to show kindness and compassion to others. The greatest change we can make is to be also willing to try something new and making the most of every opportunity that comes our way. Write it down Writing can often strengthen your courage it allows you to work through how you can get to what you want to achieve. When you write in a journal you can express how you felt when you were courageous and when you helped someone else to be courageous. As you look back in your journal you can see how far you have come on your journey! Take that leap, share and celebrate your victories no matter how small.
