Replace negative self-talk with gratitude, write about what you appreciate about yourself , your family and business.

Take time for restoration: sit by some still waters, have some quiet time, soak your feet,sleep, read a book.,take a leisurely walk.

Have family time!

Joy arises from depositing in yourself too and paying attention to the small things that brings us pleasure and peace in life.
